Fitness:1440™ has developed a proprietary system called Target:24™ aimed at optimizing member outcomes efficiently. This system is personalized for individual members, assigning a specific fit number to help them navigate the most effective workout based on their fitness level. Leveraging real-time heart rate data, the system offers biofeedback to ensure optimal performance during each session.
Target:24™ offers a departure from traditional exercise routines, liberating members from mundane treadmill sessions. It consists of a cardio and strength equipment circuit within the facility, enabling members to engage in a 24-minute program utilizing Heart Rate Training technology.
Target:24™ utilizes heart rate technology to customize workouts for each member by using their fit number (target heart rate). Members are equipped with a heart rate monitor wristband, with data displayed on a large screen TV. The workout involves 1 minute of exercise at each station followed by 30 seconds of rest, with members monitoring their intensity level based on their fit number. Upon completing two circuits, the member finishes their Target:24™ workout.
